Refresh Service includes the following: -·         Clean filter, or replace (filter supplied at additional cost if stocked) ·         Reset reminders (where applicable) ·         Sanitise internal pipes by using additive ·         Flush internal pipes ·         Clean cover ·         Completely drain Spa ·         Sanitise shell by using anti bacterial surface cleaner ·         Flush Spa ·         Remove any water line marks within limits of normal cleaner ·         Re-fill Hot Tub ·         Check for air locks ·         Re-set reminders (where applicable) A Service includes the following ·         Visual check of cover, cover lifter and casing ·         Check functionality of Spa ·         Clean filter, or replace (filter supplied at additional cost if stocked) ·         Reset reminders (where applicable) ·         Sanitise internal pipes by using additive ·         De-scale heater using additive ·         Flush internal pipes ·         Clean cover ·         Completely drain Spa ·         Sanitise shell by using anti bacterial surface cleaner ·         Flush Spa ·         Remove any water line marks within limits of normal cleaner ·         Check over shell and jets for any defects ·         Re-fill Hot Tub ·         Treat cover with PVC protector ·         Clean casing (where applicable) ·         Clean steps ·         Check for air locks ·         Check Hot Tub functionality ·         Re-set reminders (where applicable) ·         Visual Check Pumps ·     Visual Check Heater ·         Visual Check Pack ·         Clean Pack ·         Visual Check Plumbing ·         Test & Check Electrical Connections ·         Remove & Clean top mount connections If you have any questions, please contact us directly on 01202 980107. - We work with most brands of Hot Tub or Swim Spa (Inflatables not included). - We cover Dorset/Hampshire/Somerset/Wiltshire & surrounding areas. - All our of engineers are fully trained and registered with Hydropool. If you must cancel or amend your appointment, we respectfully request 48 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled within 48 hours notice may not be refunded. Mileage may be chargeable depending on location. We reserve the right to cancel appointments outside of our radius.
